Privacy Policy

StageBeacon is a desktop application for macOS and Linux operated from Austria. This policy explains what information is processed when you use the application or contact us.

Information processed by the application

StageBeacon connects directly from your computer to providers you configure: AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, and Vercel Deployments. Provider credentials and license credentials are stored using macOS Keychain or Linux Secret Service and are not published through widgets or desktop surfaces.

Information we receive

• Support messages and the contact information you provide.
• Purchase, subscription, invoice, and license status supplied by our merchant-of-record and licensing provider.
• Limited technical diagnostics only when you intentionally share them with support.

How information is used

We use this information to provide support, validate paid access, prevent abuse, maintain the product, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use pipeline contents for advertising.

Third-party services

Your use of AWS, GitHub, GitLab, Vercel, Apple, your Linux distribution, and our merchant-of-record is also governed by their respective privacy terms. StageBeacon requests only the provider access needed for the features you enable.

Retention and your rights

Support and transaction records are retained only as reasonably necessary for service, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal information.
