Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the StageBeacon macOS application and website. By installing or using StageBeacon, you agree to these terms.

License

StageBeacon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application for your own lawful pipeline-monitoring activities while your applicable free or paid entitlement remains valid.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your provider accounts, permissions, pipeline actions, security practices, and compliance obligations. Do not use StageBeacon to access systems without authorization, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass licensing controls.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew according to the cadence shown at checkout until cancelled. Customers can manage or cancel subscriptions through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect according to the paid billing period and checkout terms.

Availability

StageBeacon is designed to improve pipeline awareness but is not a guaranteed incident-alerting, deployment-control, or safety-critical system. Provider availability, network conditions, macOS scheduling, and account permissions can affect status freshness.

Intellectual property

StageBeacon, its visual identity, software, documentation, and website are owned by StageBeacon or its licensors. Third-party provider names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StageBeacon is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
